Based in Houston, Danielle believes that clients are best served, not only through aggressive legal representation during a lawsuit, but also in providing proactive and creative solutions for business owners. As part of the Mayer team, Danielle provides a detail-oriented and modern approach to her cases involving transportation and hospitality industries. She is always working to improve her knowledge of her client’s’ businesses to better represent them at trial and brainstorming creative ways to impact a jury.

Trey, a Partner in our Dallas office, focuses his practice on litigation, representing clients in cases involving general negligence claims, premises liability claims, commercial litigation, and intellectual property throughout Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Trey also helps clients with their Intellectual Property needs through the registration, prosecution, and protection of Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, and Trade Secrets/Confidential Information.

Stephen brings over a decade of experience in trial consulting to Mayer. In addition to an active litigation practice, he runs jury focus groups for plaintiff and defense attorney teams to assist them with their strategy for presentation of a case. Stephen speaks and writes on litigation management topics, always focusing upon effective, efficient, and ethical processes to best serve clients and their communities.
