These benefits reflect our commitment to keeping our staff healthy and secure.  We offer an exceptional benefits package with many possible choices that can be shaped to fit your needs. Newly hired employees are eligible the first of the month following the date of hire. We offer Health insurance with both PPO and HSA, which includes Mayer contributions. We offer 401(k) – pre-tax and Roth (with discretionary 401k matching). Along with the Healthcare Coverage, we offer Vision, Dental, and other Ancillary benefits. Employees receive up to $50,000 life insurance at no cost and may purchase supplemental life coverage. Our benefits plan allows employees to fund certain unreimbursed Medical Expenses and Dependent Care/Elderly Care Expenses on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions.
