We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk in our Dallas office.  The candidate must have 2 or more years of accounts payable or general accounting experience in a law firm.  Ability to multi-task and prioritize.  Ability to show strong attention to detail.  Process check requests and Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices. Audit and process credit card bills. Address and respond to vendor inquiries

Billing Coordinator : Dallas

We are looking for a billing coordinator in our Dallas office.  The candidate must have 4-6 or more years of hands-on billing experience in a law firm.  Ability to multi-task and prioritize.  Ability to show strong attention to detail.  The billing coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing attorney billing but may also perform various other accounting duties.  Maintain contact with attorneys, support staff, vendors, and clients.  Process write-offs following Firm policy.  Ability to execute complex bills in a timely manner (i.e., multiple discounts by matter, split-party billing, preparation of electronic bills (Ledes format)).  Ability to handle a high volume of bills per month.  Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and collections.  Review and verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required.

Must be proficient in using different electronic billing websites.

We are looking for a Medical Malpractice Secretary to support Medical Malpractice attorneys with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Med Mal field. The secretary will be supporting partners Dick Wiles and Heather Kanny. The secretary must perform secretarial duties with an understanding of legal terminology. Must have the ability to work independently to maintain and complete numerous administrative and legal tasks of varying complexity.
