Zackary Luna is a licensed attorney in Texas and Utah who represents commercial clients, individuals, and property owners in a broad range of litigation and business matters. His practice includes commercial litigation, contract disputes, real estate and construction matters, energy-related issues, probate matters, and corporate counseling.

Zackary has represented clients at both the state and federal levels. He brings an aggressive, strategic approach to each matter and draws on his business-focused background to understand the legal, operational, and practical challenges facing his clients. He is committed to helping clients navigate complex disputes efficiently while pursuing solutions aligned with their broader business and personal objectives.

Zackary also maintains a strong interest in the rapidly evolving legal and business issues surrounding artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. He believes these technologies present significant opportunities for businesses to improve efficiency, enhance operations, and proactively reduce liability through thoughtful implementation and governance.

Zackary earned his Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. While in law school, he served on the Executive Board of the American University International Law Review, was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society, and captained one of the law school’s national arbitration competition teams.

Zackary was recently selected to the 2026 Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Leadership Class.
