T. Wade Welch is an experienced trial lawyer who represents clients in complex, high-stakes litigation nationwide. His practice focuses on business disputes involving significant financial exposure, including matters related to contracts, intellectual property, statutory claims, and business torts. Known for pairing courtroom experience with practical business judgment, Wade helps clients navigate disputes where legal strategy, financial exposure, and business objectives are closely connected.

Previously, Wade founded and led his own firm, where he served for nearly two decades as national lead counsel to a satellite broadcasting company during a period of substantial growth. In that role, he managed high-profile litigation across the country, including merger-related disputes and antitrust actions involving billions of dollars in controversy. Over the course of his career, Wade has litigated hundreds of complex matters nationwide, often involving substantial claims and opposing some of the largest law firms in the U.S. His experience gives clients the perspective of a lawyer who has handled litigation at scale, against sophisticated opponents, and in matters where the stakes extend well beyond the courtroom.

Wade has achieved significant trial results, including obtaining nationally recognized trial results in complex commercial and insurance litigation. His experience has been recognized by national publications, and the firm he previously led was named a Go-To Law Firm for Litigation by Fortune® for six years straight by his Fortune 30 and 200 clients. Today, he brings that depth of experience to clients facing sophisticated business disputes, bet-the-company litigation, and matters requiring strategic judgment from the earliest stages of conflict through trial.
