Barrett Watson is an experienced litigation attorney whose practice is primarily on defending businesses and insurance companies in a wide range of cases including claims of premise liability, products liability, personal injury, labor and employment disputes, and class-action defense. Barrett has experience handling matters from their initial stages and throughout all phases of litigation. He accurately values his clients’ exposures early in the litigation process, uses heavy discovery for preparation for trial, and vigorously represent his clients while being cognizant of litigation costs. His clients are always well informed of how their matters are progressing. Barrett’s clients receive optimum results and the highest client services.

Before joining Mayer, Barrett worked at South Texas based law firm where he worked in the Tort Litigation practice group then an AmLaw 100 law firm in Dallas in their commercial/ business litigation section. Additionally, Barrett was a plaintiff’s a representing businesses in commercial forcible detainer and collection suits.
