Palak Dave is an associate attorney in the Dallas office of Mayer LLP, where she represents clients in retail, restaurant, and hospitality matters, insurance defense, and commercial disputes.

Before law school, Palak attended The University of Texas at Dallas, where she graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Political Science. She wrote for the student newspaper, The Mercury, and served on the board of Women Pursuing Law.

Palak earned her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in May 2026. As a law student, she served as a Qualifed Student Attorney in the school’s Family and Housing Clinic. She also received the Top Grade award in Constitutional Law and served as President of the Organization of Women Law Students.

Outside the office, Palak is always up for a new fitness class, experimenting new recipes, planning her next trip, or exploring a coffee shop she hasn’t tried yet.
