Nelda Altland has more than 20 years of experience representing both businesses and individuals in litigation matters. She focuses her practices on insurance defense in personal injury cases. She routinely defends transportation companies, property owners, and bar and restaurant establishments. Nelda is dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services by customizing representation to meet the strategic and financial needs and each client.

Nelda has significant defense experience in catastrophic trucking accidents. She is regularly involved in the initial stages of the claims including emergency response, investigation, preservation of evidence, and case assessment. In 2022, she was crucial in the defense of a large trucking company after a drunk driver crashed into their tractor trailer. Defendants were accused of negligence and were seeking over $160 million. The jury placed 100% of the liability on the drunk driver.

Nelda is a native of Texas. She enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
