Jesse Lockhart has over 12 years of litigation experience in a broad range of civil matters. With Mayer, Jesse is primarily focused on transportation defense. He has represented individuals, businesses and insurance companies in complex litigation with high exposures. Jesse has handled cases involving motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, premise liability, construction defect, healthcare liability, non-subscriber cases, the Dram Shop Act, breach of contract, DTPA violations, and many other areas of civil law. His skill set and experience enable him to navigate small and big cases alike, from inception to resolution.

In his free time, Jesse loves spending time with his wife and three daughters.
