Sloane Ryan Lile is an experienced attorney who represents individuals and entities in courts and in administrative venues in a wide range of subject areas.  Sloane’s practice focuses on business disputes, employer advisement, defending employers in litigation and administrative actions, construction litigation, product liability, and real estate development.  A strong researcher and writer, she has also prevailed in multiple appellate matters. 

Not just a litigator, Sloane also enjoys advising clients on best practices before a dispute arises.  Her experience in litigation provides valuable insight to avoid issues and the resultant risk of liability.  She also advocates strongly in the pre-suit stage to minimize costs and efforts to focus on the essential issues.

Sloane is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and represents Mayer LLP clients throughout Oklahoma as well as in Texas matters.  She received her J.D. from University of Tulsa College of Law, but earned her B.S in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.  Outside of work, Sloane enjoys spending time with her four children and menagerie of animals they have adopted over the years.
