Jason Wilkes is a civil trial lawyer and managing partner of the Mayer San Antonio office. His practice focuses on litigation in commercial, general insurance, and real estate. He has wide ranging experience in Federal Court and several state courts across the South and Southwest United States. Additionally, Jason provides best business practices advice and counsels businesses regarding litigation risk, exposure, and avoidance. Jason has successfully defended his clients with significant and multi-million-dollar exposure in multiple venues.

Jason received his law degree from Saint Mary’s University in 2014. While attending law school, Jason clerked for Justice Phil Johnson, of the Texas Supreme Court.
