Jared Barton is a part of the commercial litigation and construction defect teams.  Jared has experience litigating for clients as Plaintiff or Defendant, allowing him to understand the intricacies of both sides and how best to achieve clients’ goals in litigation.   

Jared was born and raised in Dallas, attending Lake Highlands High School.  He attended the University of Oklahoma for undergrad and law school.   

During law school, Jared worked in the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office and with a United States Bankruptcy Judge, allowing him to gain insight into courtroom procedure, witness preparation, jury selection, witness questioning, and oral argument.
