A Dallas County jury recently issued a unanimous defense verdict in favor of our restaurant client in a premises liability case. Following the close of the Plaintiff’s case-in-chief, the Court granted our client’s motion for a directed verdict on the Plaintiff’s claims for past and future physical impairment, as well as future mental anguish. After a two-day trial, the jury unanimously found that our client was not negligent and found the Plaintiff himself was solely responsible for the incident.
