Mayer Secures Defense Verdict in Dallas County Medical Malpractice Case

We are proud to announce that a Dallas County jury recently rendered a defense verdict in favor of a physician and his practice group. The case involved a Plaintiff who alleged a misdiagnosis of ocular cancer led to the unnecessary removal of her left eye. After three days of evidence, the jury returned a verdict after 90 minutes of deliberation. The Jury found that the care and treatment provided by the physician was not negligent and nothing he did caused the damages claimed.  A Judgment was entered in favor of the Defendants represented by the Mayer medical malpractice team.

Our clients were represented by partner M. Kenneth Patterson and associate Megan Pharis.
