These words best describe how trial attorney Jade Y. Jackson approaches her cases and represents her clients. A former newspaper journalist, Jade’s ability to parachute into various matters, absorb highly complex subject matter quickly, and devise efficient, effective defense strategies makes her an invaluable asset to her clients. A seasoned trial lawyer, Jade has experience representing individual clients and companies in personal injury defense, dram shop, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and construction disputes. She also advises clients on pre-litigation matters and litigation avoidance.

In addition, Jade’s practice focuses on the defense of Professional Liability matters involving lawyers, accountants, real estate brokerages, mortgage companies, title companies, insurance agents, property managers, and other professional clients. She also represents clients in commercial litigation matters, ranging from simple contracts and grievances to complex business disputes.

Previously, Jade worked as in-house legal counsel for a national insurance company. She has also served as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney prosecuting felony cases at the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office. To date, she has tried more than 30 cases to jury verdict.

In her spare time, Jade enjoys world travel, exploring the work of new and emerging artists, mocktails, fine dining, and making memories with her two children.
