Heather N. Blumberg is a shareholder in the insurance coverage section of the Dallas office of Mayer LLP. She has represented both policyholders and insurance carriers in a myriad of insurance coverage-related claims. Heather has extensive experience analyzing complex coverage issues involving general liability, broker liability, health care liability, primary and excess coverage, and claims of bad faith. 

Additionally, Heather is an experienced litigator in a wide range of commercial issues beyond insurance coverage. Before focusing her practice on insurance coverage, Heather represented builders and developers in complex construction defect litigation. As part of her practice, Heather managed large multi-party litigation from inception to completion.  

When she is not working, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew. She also enjoys reading, writing, hiking, traveling, drinking coffee and riding horses.
