Carla Iskandarani represents businesses and individuals in civil litigation, with a focus on trucking and transportation defense. She defends trucking companies and drivers against personal injury claims arising from commercial vehicle accidents, working closely with clients to assess their exposure and develop a defense that accounts for the legal and financial implications of each case. She places particular emphasis on understanding the record so clients can make informed decisions about settlement and continued litigation.

In addition to her transportation practice, Carla has represented creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and state court litigation involving collateral recovery, lien disputes, and judgment enforcement. She also has experience defending creditors against alleged violations of state and federal consumer laws. This work has given her a practical understanding of the financial interests at stake in commercial disputes and the importance of pursuing relief with the cost of litigation in mind.

Carla earned her J.D. from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law and her B.S. from the University of North Texas. She is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. She is proficient in English and Arabic.
