Brittany K. Delgado was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M Kingsville, graduating summa cum laude and receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History in 2013. She attended St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, where she participated in both civil and criminal clinics gaining firsthand litigation experience. Additionally, she interned for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals Staff Attorney’s Office.

After graduation, Brittany remained in San Antonio and began practicing civil litigation. She practices first-party insurance defense, third-party insurance defense, personal injury, auto, and construction defect. She has represented design professionals, general contractors and subcontractors in complex, multi-party construction defect matters. Brittany has handled both personal injury and construction defect/property damage cases in state and federal courtrooms across the State of Texas.
