We are thrilled to announce that Mayer attorneys Brian Fisher and Moses Winston recently obtained summary judgment for five transportation clients — four transportation entities and the driver — in a negligence lawsuit before a New Mexico state court. The case involved Plaintiffs who were in a commercial motor vehicle accident and sought personal injury damages they claimed to have sustained in the accident. Three weeks before trial, the state court granted eight motions for summary judgment prepared and argued by Fisher and Winston, disposing of all claims brought by the Plaintiffs against the five clients.
