Nadine G. Rodriguez was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas and her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
While attending St. Mary’s School of Law, Nadine earned several academic accomplishments, including serving on the Editorial Board of the St’ Mary’s Law Journal and becoming a published author for her Comment—Suppressing the Truth: States Purposeful Violation of the Right to No Cruel or Unusual Punishment in Lethal Injection Executions. Additionally, she interned with the Honorable Xavier Rodriguez of the Western District of Texas.
Nadine started her legal career representing personal injury plaintiffs in all phases of litigation ranging from premises liability, transportation, and construction cases. This distinctive experience gives her insight into the litigation process from all angles and allows her to be an effective advocate for her clients.
Outside of her legal practice, Nadine enjoys spending time with her dog, working out, golfing, or horseback riding.
