Nader Arbabi focuses his practice on construction defect and complex commercial litigation. He has extensive experience representing and prosecuting claims involving residential, multifamily, and commercial construction projects, including disputes against and on behalf of general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and design professionals. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, Nader brings a balanced and strategic perspective that allows him to anticipate opposing positions and advise clients on risk, exposure, and effective dispute resolution strategies.

A Dallas-area native, Nader completed both his undergraduate and legal education locally. He earned a Bachelor of Science in International Political Economy from The University of Texas at Dallas and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law in 2018. During law school, Nader earned academic recognition in Bankruptcy and was named to the Dean’s List for multiple semesters.

Nader remains actively involved with his alma mater and currently serves as a mentor in the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law’s Judge Louis A. Bedford, Jr. Mentorship Program, where he works with law students to support their professional development and transition into legal practice.
