Mike is a focused and energetic trial attorney whose extensive range of experience in litigation and defense matters includes trucking and transportation, products liability, premises liability, real estate litigation, medical malpractice, commercial business litigation, insurance bad faith defense, toxic tort and environmental litigation, oil and gas, wind energy, and nonprofit formation. In addition to his law firm experience, Mike served as national trial counsel for multiple Fortune 500 companies as well as an officer of a Fortune 500 company providing counsel and litigating real estate matters in state and federal courts in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.
