Libby is an associate in Mayer LLP’s Lubbock office. A proud Alabama native, she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in business administration from Baylor University before going on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center.

While in law school, Libby competed in numerous alternative dispute resolution competitions, earning recognition for her advocacy skills and induction into the Order of Barristers, a national honor awarded to students who demonstrate excellence in oral advocacy. After graduation, she relocated to Lubbock, where she began her practice in litigation defense.

Outside the office, Libby enjoys spending time with her family and friends and getting lost in a good book.
