Kevin Niemeyer is happily married and the father of four children. He spent more than 12 years as a classroom educator, teaching overseas and in rural, urban, and suburban communities. In 2005, he authored a textbook published by Glencoe McGraw-Hill and contributed to two other projects.

In 2007, Kevin transitioned into technical writing with the largest land drilling contractor in the U.S., where he advanced to Technical Writing Supervisor. In 2016, while continuing to work full-time, he began pursuing his lifelong dream of becoming an attorney by attending South Texas College of Law at night, focusing on litigation.

Since passing the Bar, Kevin has defended hundreds of clients in motor vehicle collision and premises liability matters. He has first-chaired more than a dozen jury trials — often as the lone attorney — and has achieved flawless results. He describes the courtroom as his “happy place” and thrives on the challenge of litigation and the pursuit of justice.

Outside of his legal practice, Kevin has a keen analytical mind and a competitive drive. He is a movie-buff, enjoys chess and tabletop games, and loves spending time with his wife, children, and their seven dogs.
