Jerry Alcantara obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and his J.D. from the University of La Verne College of Law. He practiced in Los Angeles prior to moving to Dallas, where he practiced primarily in the transportation industry. He has been practicing law since 2016. Jerry’s practice spans a diverse range of legal areas, including representing clients involved in motor vehicle accidents, where he advocates for injured parties and addresses the complexities of personal injury and insurance disputes. He also handles insurance claims, representing clients in disputes involving major property and casualty insurance companies, covering matters such as liability defense, coverage issues, and catastrophic claims. Jerry has extensive experience defending general liability and tort claims, protecting businesses and individuals from financial liability in personal injury or property damage cases. Additionally, he defends manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in product liability cases, ensuring that businesses are shielded from potential financial risks due to defective products or unsafe designs. Jerry also represents corporate clients in various business operations, disputes, and commercial transactions, focusing on safeguarding corporate interests and minimizing liabilities. Jerry obtained his J.D. from La Verne College of Law and his undergraduate degree from UCLA. He is admitted to practice law in Texas and before several U.S. District Courts, including the Central District of California, Northern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas, and Southern District of Texas.  Jerry's representative experience includes successfully representing clients in motor vehicle accident claims, achieving favorable outcomes for injured parties. He has defended large corporations in complex insurance coverage disputes, including matters involving general liability and catastrophic claims. Jerry has also managed high-stakes product liability cases for manufacturers and distributors, minimizing financial exposure and protecting business reputations.
