Jason Kipness has first-chair trial and arbitration experience defending clients in matters involving trucking accidents, personal injury, premises liability, transportation accidents, Texas non-subscriber work accidents, employment disputes, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and ERISA claims.
Mr.Kipness also serves as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, where he presides over consumer law matters, Texas non-subscriber employee injury claims, and employment law disputes.
