Greg Nieman Attorney
Greg Nieman is an associate attorney who offers a wide range of legal services for our clients. He is a dedicated advocate who is committed to effective communication and client satisfaction. Regardless of the nature or complexity of your concern, Greg provides thorough representation to achieve optimal outcomes.
Before joining Mayer LLP, Greg served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Justice Shawn A. Womack of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Additionally, he clerked for a pro bono litigation firm that works to advance constitutional rights and individual liberties in state and federal courts throughout the country. These experiences have provided him great insights into judicial decision-making and successful litigation tactics.
Greg graduated, cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and joined the State Bar of Texas in 2019. During law school, he was President of the Federalist Society and Class Officer for the Business Law Society. He also successfully competed in multiple trial and appellate advocacy competitions.
Outside of the office, Greg enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and church community. He is also a member of the American Freedom Network where he continues to demonstrate his commitment to pro bono service through public interest litigation and causes.
