Efrain first joined Mayer as an Associate Attorney at our Albuquerque, NM office back in 2022. As a born and raised Texan, he decided to return home and is now working out of the San Antonio office of Mayer LLP.

Efrain attended Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctor magna cum laude. During law school, Efrain was actively involved in the Board of Barristers, Pro Bono Board, Diversity Advisory Board, and various student associations. Through these experiences as well as his practice at Mayer, he has developed effective advocacy and legal research skills that he implements to each case focusing to resolve client issues while endeavoring to save them time and money. His practice focuses on civil litigation, defending clients in various types of cases including personal injury, premises liability, transportation, and landlord/tenant disputes.

During his free time, Efrain enjoys running, reading, trying out new restaurants and bars, and spending time with his dog, Valentino.
