Eduardo Moya comes to Mayer, LLP with years of experience defending major insurance and corporate companies in personal injury cases, commercial trucking accidents, premises liability and medical malpractice. Eduardo started his legal career at a South Texas defense firm. Where he successfully defended companies, physicians and hospitals in cases with significant or multi-million-dollar damage potential in historically dangerous venues across South Texas: Hidalgo, Webb, Maverick and Nueces.

Eduardo's primary areas of focus include transportation, medical malpractice, insurance defense, and personal injury. Eduardo brings a comprehensive understanding of liability/exposure analysis and business dynamics to his practice.
