Campbell Roper is an experienced litigator based out of the Houston office of Mayer, LLP. With a background in both private practice and in-house counsel roles, Campbell has developed a unique skill set that combines aggressive litigation strategies with strategic risk management.

Campbell’s practice includes a variety of tort-based and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on trucking and transportation accidents, wrongful death claims, dram shop and premises liability disputes, and work-place injuries. Campbell also represents and advises clients on employment matters such as non-compete issues, discrimination lawsuits, and best HR practices. Campbell’s background as both a litigator and in-house counsel equips him to serve clients from the initial stages of a legal challenge through all stages of litigation, including trial.

Campbell maintains an office in Lubbock, Texas, to serve the needs of his West Texas clients.
