Barry A. McCain is a litigation attorney with a broad range of experience representing clients in both state and federal courts. He is licensed to practice in Texas and admitted to practice before multiple U.S. District Courts, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Barry earned his J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2014 and graduated cum laude with a B.A. from the University of Dallas in 2006. His practice is marked by a commitment to strategic advocacy and a client-focused approach to complex legal matters.

He is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. Outside of his professional work, he served as president of the Cistercian Preparatory School Alumni Association from 2011 to 2013, reflecting his ongoing dedication to community and alumni engagement.
