We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Malinda Hicks into the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer. Malinda has served as Mayer’s Executive Director since its inception in 2019. From the beginning, she has proven herself as an influential leader and an invaluable member of our firm, playing an integral role in its development.

In her role as COO, Malinda will oversee business, financial, and administrative operations, and will focus on facilitating the firm’s strategic vision as a premier mid-sized, full-service business law firm serving clients throughout the Southwest.
