Preston Osborn focuses his practice on litigation, representing clients across a wide spectrum of complex civil matters in both state and federal courts. He brings a strategic, results-oriented approach to every case, backed by strong legal and business acumen.

He earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and also holds a Master of Science from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business, providing him with a unique perspective on the intersection of legal and commercial issues.

Preston is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas. In addition, Preston is also licensed in New Mexico to practice in state and federal courts.
