John M. Ledyard is a driven, focused, and aggressive trial attorney with a proven and successful track record.  Mr. Ledyard’s primary focus is on defending motor carriers and commercial drivers.  His understanding of the Federal Regulations allows him to practice more offensively versus defensively.

Mr. Ledyard firmly believes that depositions can make or break a case and spends extensive time with company drivers and representatives to thoroughly prepare them for trial and the toughest lines of questioning.

Mr. Ledyard has extensive experience, with over 30 years of practice, in defending highway and general contractors in construction site matters.

Mr. Ledyard is proactive, meeting with clients as soon as a case is opened, examining the incident scene and vehicles, and reviewing driver files to anticipate and counter arguments that may be taken by plaintiff attorneys.
