Greta began her legal career as a law clerk for the chief justice of the Fourth Court of Appeals and continued as a staff attorney for that court for many years, researching legal issues and drafting appellate opinions and orders in both civil and criminal matters. Following her service on the Fourth Court of Appeals, Greta entered private practice as a member of a complex commercial litigation team with a prominent San Antonio law firm, focusing her practice on appeals, mandamus proceedings, and trial support. Before joining Mayer, she spent three years with a boutique appellate firm, where her practice was exclusively devoted to appeals and mandamus proceedings in Texas state court and federal court. Greta is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
