Caleb represents businesses and individuals in commercial transactions, contract matters, and disputes. His transactional practice includes business acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, leasing, entity governance, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. He also advises clients on contractual risk allocation, indemnification, payment terms, regulatory compliance, and other business-related legal issues. Caleb's litigation experience includes breach of fiduciary duty and other claims involving directors and managers, breach of contract, covenant enforcement, construction defect, personal injury, and commercial disputes. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, State Bar of North Carolina, and Dallas Bar Association.
