Caleb Boldt was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2023. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2019 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2023. While in law school, he served as the Vice President for Carolina Law First-Generation Professionals. Caleb also served as a staff member for the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal, in which he authored an article entitled, “What is in Our Best Interest? Are Educational Digital Engagement Practices a Way to Avoid Pending Gamification Regulation?” published in Volume 27–1 (2023).
Caleb has represented clients in a variety of legal matters, including defense of breach of duty claims against directors and managers, breach of contract claims, covenant enforcement, contract review and interpretation, construction defect, and other general litigation matters. Caleb is a current member of the State Bar of Texas, State Bar of North Carolina, and Dallas Bar Association.
