Daniela was born and raised in Honduras. She possesses a unique and worldly legal background. After obtaining her law degree in Honduras, she moved to Spain where she received her Master’s in Globalization and Social Integration Law from the University of Navarra in Pamplona. Upon her return to Honduras, she worked as in-house counsel for the Central Bank of Honduras. After 5 years in this role, she transitioned into private practice where she handled a wide range of matters from corporate governance, real estate and commercial contracts, trademark infringement, and general civil litigation. She advocated for her individual clients and entities at all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, settlement negotiations. 

Daniela obtained her LL.M. in Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Law from the University of Houston, Law Center and became a licensed attorney in 2021.  Her practice focuses on civil litigation at the state and federal level.

Daniela is a native Spanish speaker and has a special interest in diversity and culture, and its interaction in the legal arena. When not at work, Daniela likes to travel, cook and spend time with her westies, Baco and Luca.
