Mark was born and raised in El Paso, Texas where he went to high school and college. After graduating, Mark then moved to Austin, Texas to attend law school. Following law school Mark moved to New Orleans, Louisiana and stayed there until 1997. In 1997 Mark moved to Houston, Texas and has been there since and currently resides in Katy, Texas.
When not at work, Mark enjoys travelling, especially road trips to visit family and friends all over the country. When not out and about, Mark is typically enjoying quiet time at home watching movies, cooking, with Mexican food being a favorite, and playing with his three rescue dogs, two female Siberian Huskies and a male Malamute.

Representative Experience
After graduating from Law school Mark went to work for Evans & Co., a New Orleans based insurance defense firm, where Mark was responsible for wide docket of cases from inception to trial in state and federal courts that included maritime claims, commercial vehicle claims, premises liability claims and personal injury claims. Mark also served as a Senior Attorney at The Law Offices of Murphy and Associates, LLP and as a Trial Attorney at The Gonzalez Law Group.
