Sheila H. Waite is an associate in the Dallas office of Mayer LLP. She focuses her practice in the areas of insurance coverage, bad faith, construction, and appellate law. She represents both policyholders and insurance carriers in disputes involving coverage for additional insureds, bad faith, directors and officers, environmental and pollution liability, extra-contractual, general liability, professional liability, and primary and excess coverage.

Sheila and her husband, Tim, have two children. In her spare time, you can find Sheila spending time with her family, hiking, reading, and volunteering in her community.
