Sara has extensive experience representing both private and publicly owned businesses, Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, and high net worth individuals in both state and federal court in complex business and commercial litigation matters, as well as a wide variety of civil defense matters.
Sara coordinates nationwide litigation for corporate clients and provides guidance on litigation efficiency and risk management. She has a wide array of litigation experience that includes defending nationwide products liability claims, class actions and breach of contract issues. Sara also has experience advising clients on issues pertaining to corporate and real estate transactions, as well as a variety of employment law issues ranging from employment agreements to nonsubscriber injury policies.
