Sam Gillaspie is responsible for the development of a wide variety of cases, including contract drafting, transactional work, and personal injury litigation. His litigation experience includes auto accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and commercial contracts. Sam also participated in 7-day trial as third chair in October 2022 in the 189th Judicial District Court before the Honorable Scot Dollinger, Cause No. 2020-08604, Lasker v. Latthe. He provided trial assistance in obtaining a 10-2 defense verdict in the foregoing wrongful death and negligence case.

During law school, Sam clerked for Mayer LLP, Lorance and Thomspon, Christian Levine Law Group, Phelps Dunbar LLP, and the Honorable Jaclanel McFarland in the 133rd District Court in Harris County, Texas. Before law school, Sam worked at National Oilwell Varco for four years as an outside sales representative and account manager after graduating from Baylor University.

Sam is an avid hunter, outdoorsman, and enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family, running, saltwater bay fishing, and hunting South Texas whitetail deer. He also attends Ecclesia, the Story Church, and a weekly bible study with close friends.
