Raygen Lee practices General Litigation, with a specific focus on Transportation Law and High-Stakes Personal Injury matters. Raygen also has experience in complex Commercial Litigation, Education Law, Mental Health Law, Governmental Law, and serving as General Counsel for small to mid-size businesses, including franchisees.

Raygen earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in English from Warner University in 2019, and a J.D. in 2022 from Texas Tech School of Law, graduating cum laude from both programs. Raygen is admitted to practice in all Texas State Courts and all Texas Federal District Courts (Northern, Southern, Western, and Eastern).

Raygen’s Representative Experience includes serving as Second Chair on a $44 million personal injury matter for a nationwide amusement park, resulting in an 11-1 defense verdict of zero liability. Raygen has also succeeded on early dismissal motions for multiple federal claims against major Texas companies and corporations, and successfully dismissed frivolous claims through Texas State Courts, including through in-person oral advocacy.

Raygen has published "A Sane Proposal for the Mentally Ill: Are Their Second Amendment Rights Dead?" in the Cooley Law Review. Her Professional Activities include consistently hosting and attending client-generating events for small to mid-size business owners and franchisees in Dallas and Fort Worth. Raygen attends monthly Corporate Counsel meetings hosted by the State Bar of Texas to stay current on legal trends.

Raygen’s Community Involvement includes volunteering as a judge for annual State Tournament High School Mock Trial competitions.

Representative Experience

  • Second Chair on a $44,000,000.00 Personal Injury matter on behalf of a nation-wide amusement park resulting in 11-1 defense verdict of zero liability. Successfully drafted and orally advocated for dismissal of 2 out of 5 claims brought against Corporate Clients in pursuit of overall verdict. Provided psychological analysis of potential jury and consistently communicated best presentation practices to maintain positive jury perception throughout five-day trial. 
  • Succeeded on early dismissal motions completely dismissing multiple federal claims against major Texas Companies and Corporations. Successfully dismissed frivolous claims through Texas State Courts including, in person oral advocacy where necessary, to ensure early dismissal and efficient zealous case management for clients. 

Professional Activities

  • Consistently host and attend Client Generating events throughout Dallas and Fort Worth for small to midsize owners primarily focused on first time business owners and franchisees. Client generating partnerships including a mid-size bank with clients throughout Texas and Oklahoma. 
  • Attend monthly Corporate Counsel meetings hosted by the State Bar of Texas to stay up to date on legal trends and advise clients on general counsel matters accordingly. 
  • Developing AI agencies for clients to have efficient operation with evolving technology advancements and incorporating AI in legal practice where appropriate for efficient case management.
