Eugene V. Olshevskyy Attorney
Eugene Olshevskyy focuses his practice on representing businesses in high-exposure litigation. He has experience representing clients in cases involving trucking and transportation, business and commercial disputes, general and professional liability, products liability, premises liability, and claims of insurance bad faith. In addition to his extensive litigation experience at the trial-court level, Eugene has also successfully handled a variety of appellate matters.
Throughout his practice, Eugene has developed a broad and diverse set of skills and experience. As a litigator, Eugene has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, which allows him to fully understand the strengths, weaknesses, and perspectives of both sides of every case. He has also served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company, which gives him unique insight into the needs and expectations of large corporate clients. Eugene utilizes his diverse and well-rounded experience to consistently provide clients with exceptional work product and exceed their expectations.
Eugene earned a J.D. from Baylor Law School, where he excelled in Baylor’s nationally renowned advocacy program and was recognized for his legal writing. Prior to law school, he earned a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in Government.
