Elli Archbold brings diverse legal experience to her role at Mayer LLP, having worked in various legal environments, including labor and employment law, corporate compliance, and workers’ compensation. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Scholar and ranked in the top 25% of her class. Elli was actively involved in the Student Bar Association, serving as Chief of Staff, and contributed to the legal community through leadership roles in the Environmental Law Society and the Women’s Law Society.

Elli is excited to join Barrett Deacon's team in the Fayetteville, Arkansas office, where she will contribute to the firm's civil litigation practice, focusing on personal injury defense, insurance disputes, and general liability matters. Under Barrett’s leadership, she will represent motor carriers, retailers, and hospitality providers across Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Her dedication to legal research and writing and her hands-on experience in labor law, employment disputes, and corporate compliance make her a valuable addition to the team.

Prior to joining Mayer LLP, Elli honed her skills as a Law Clerk, where she conducted legal research on intellectual property, contract law, and land disputes. She also gained experience at Sam’s Club and Walmart Inc. as a Legal Extern, focusing on labor and employment law. Elli’s corporate compliance experience stems from her work at Walmart’s Responsible Sourcing division, where she researched sustainability efforts and various human rights issues that can arise in the supply chain industry.

In her free time, Elli enjoys spending time with friends, exploring trails with her dog, and participating in community outreach efforts.
