Clarissa Acosta Price is an experienced attorney who represents individual clients and companies in both state and federal courts throughout Texas. She handles a variety of matters including minor and catastrophic trucking and transportation accidents, premises and product liability causes of action, construction site injuries, Equal Employment Opportunity complaints, wrongful termination claims, and pursues causes of action against individuals and companies for payment of damages caused to premises, equipment, and commercial trucks.
Clarissa was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She obtained her B.B.A. in Finance and Insurance Risk Management from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas and her M.B.A. and J.D. from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
In her free time, Clarissa enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and miniature golden doodle. She also enjoys volunteering with the Junior League of Dallas, reading, traveling, and attending Texas Tech games.

- Defended various clients from allegations plaintiff sustained traumatic brain injuries.
- Successfully pursued causes of action against individuals and companies for payment of damages caused to premises, equipment, and commercial trucks.
- Successful jury verdict for a commercial transportation carrier in an automobile accident. Plaintiff sought over $1.5 million in damages for minor collision allegedly causing a back injury necessitating surgery. Despite liability, the jury awarded Plaintiff substantially less than the amount sought.
- Achieved favorable settlement for transportation carrier in cause of action alleging more than $500 million in damages.
- Achieved favorable settlement for construction company in multiparty cause of action alleging more than $120 million in damages.
