Alyssa McMullan is an attorney from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a diverse academic and professional background focused on environmental, international, and maritime law. She earned her J.D. from Tulane University School of Law, where she also obtained a certificate in maritime law. During her time at Tulane, Alyssa deepened her global perspective through study abroad experience in Paris, having studied abroad four times in total. She holds a B.A. in International Affairs and Italian, along with a minor in Spanish, from James Madison University. She also earned an M.A. in Political Science with a concentration in European Union Policy Studies through a program based in Florence, Italy. Alyssa is admitted to practice in New Mexico, Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, with additional federal court admissions pending. Outside of her legal practice, Alyssa enjoys weightlifting, playing golf, painting, and traveling.
