Aaron Stendell focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation. Aaron represents insurance companies in bad faith and declaratory judgment actions and analyzes insurance coverage primarily involving commercial liability, excess/umbrella, commercial auto, and commercial property policies.  He has obtained summary judgment for insurers in numerous state and federal lawsuits involving coverage issues on liability and property claims, as well as settlements in coverage, first-party, and insurance defense cases.

Aaron graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. Aaron received his B.A in Business Administration from SMU and his M.B.A. with a focus in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. Before practicing law, Aaron was a securities regulator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
